Mango Pineapple Popsicles are the ultimate healthy frozen treat you need this summer! These creamy and tropical popsicles are the perfect balance of sweet and sour and you’ll love to refreshing tang. Putting these together is as easy as blending, pouring and freezing! I find the natural sweetness from the mango gives these popsicles enough of a sweet boost, but if you give the mixture a taste and decide it isn’t sweet enough just add in a little honey and blend again. Don’t have popsicle molds? I have a bunch of DIY options you can use at the bottom of this post.
WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS RECIPE…
Quick and Easy. Creamy and Tropical. Budget-Friendly.
INGREDIENTS
You’ll need just 4 ingredients to make these popsicles. Here’s what you need (full measurements in the printable recipe card below)…
Frozen Mango Frozen Pineapple Greek Yoghurt Lime
OPTIONAL - Honey. I don’t add any additional sweetener as I find the fruit is naturally sweet enough but you could easily add a teaspoon or two of honey to the mix if you find it isn’t overly sweet. Just be sure to give the mixture a taste test before pouring it into molds, and if you add honey, blend it again.
HOW TO MAKE MANGO PINEAPPLE POPSICLES - STEP BY STEP
Pop all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until mixture is smooth.
Pour in molds, push popsicle sticks in and place in the freezer overnight, or at least 4 hours. Enjoy!
HOW DO YOU UNSTICK POPSICLES?
Removing popsicles from their molds can sometimes be challenging. I like to run the mold under some warm tap water, or even fill a container with warm water and dip the mold in that until the popsicle loosens. It should be under the water for no more than 20-30 seconds, and should then slide out easily.
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A POPSICLE MOLD?
Most popsicle molds are super affordable, but if you’re wanting to make these popsicles straight away and don’t have a mold – never fear! Ice cube trays, muffin tins lined with foil cupcake wrappers, plastic cups or even small yoghurt containers can be easily fashioned into DIY popsicle molds.
